1. Categories
Necessary: authentication, security, essential preferences, and app operation. Cannot be disabled in the preference center.
Simple Analytics: aggregated visit metrics, no cookies, outside the consent banner (privacy-first, respects DNT). Not the same as GA4/PostHog below.
Analytics (consent): GA4 and PostHog — usage events, pages, engagement, diagnostics. Only when you accept.
Marketing: campaign attribution with `gclid`, `gbraid`, `wbraid`, UTMs, referrer, landing page, and timestamps. Only when you accept.
2. Local storage
`calc3d_cookie_consent_v1`: stores your consent choice.
`calc3d_attribution_v1`: stores marketing attribution for up to 90 days when marketing is accepted.
Other local keys may store app preferences, temporary local-dev data, and usage settings.
3. GA4, PostHog, Google Ads, and gaClientId
GA4, PostHog, and `gaClientId` reading stay blocked until analytics consent. Campaign capture stays blocked until marketing consent. Simple Analytics does not use this center.
The `purchase` event is sent from the backend only after confirmed payment, when a valid analytics identifier exists.
4. Manage or revoke
You can accept, reject, choose categories, or revoke later.
