1. Who we are and how to reach us

Calc3D is a SaaS for 3D print pricing, CRM, orders, inventory, materials, machines, production, quotes/PDFs, and paid subscriptions.

Privacy requests: support@calc3d.pro.

General contact: support@calc3d.pro.

Use these channels for access, correction, copy, deletion, consent withdrawal, or questions about data processing.

2. Data we process

Account: name, email, Google profile photo when available, Firebase identifier, and authentication data.

Service usage: projects, calculations, materials, machines, inventory, sales, orders, quotes, PDFs, branding settings, and support tickets.

CRM: data you enter about your customers — name, order, amount, production status, payment status, and description.

Payments: plan, subscription status, and Stripe customer/subscription/transaction identifiers. Calc3D does not store card numbers.

Analytics and attribution (when consented): navigation events, `gaClientId`, `gclid`, `gbraid`, `wbraid`, UTMs, referrer, landing page, and timestamps.

3. Purposes

Provide the service: accounts, authentication, app data, quotes/PDFs, and CRM.

Billing: subscriptions, PRO access, fraud prevention, and required payment records.

Support: respond to requests you send us.

Security: protect accounts, enforce access rules, log technical events, and prevent abuse.

Analytics and marketing: measure usage, improve the product, and attribute campaigns — only when you accept optional cookies/preferences.

4. Processors and third parties

We use Firebase/Google for authentication, database, hosting, and infrastructure. We use Stripe for payments. We use Google Analytics/Google Ads and PostHog when you consent.

We also use Simple Analytics for aggregated visit metrics: privacy-first, no cookies, respects Do Not Track, and does not depend on the cookie banner — unlike GA4/PostHog.

When you enter customer data in CRM, you must have a lawful basis and permission to process that data. Calc3D processes it to provide the contracted service.

5. Public status links

You may generate order status links for your customers. Those links show minimal order data via an unlisted public token.

Share links only with authorized people. Deleting a sale removes the corresponding public status.

6. Retention and deletion

Operational data is kept while the account is active or as needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, and support.

Marketing attribution uses a technical window of up to 90 days. Cookie preferences are stored to honor your choice.

To delete an account or data, contact us. Some billing and log records may be retained as required by law, rights defense, and fraud prevention.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, copy, deletion, information about sharing, consent withdrawal, and review/contestation of processing using the channels below.
